Application:
1. The application of alcohol-soluble nylon in textile yarns and its core principle is to utilize its characteristics of alcohol solubility, film-forming property, adhesion, wear resistance and chemical resistance to improve the yarn strength, cohesive force, antistatic performance, wear resistance and functionalization.
2. This product has strong flexibility and can be made into oil-resistant and pressure-resistant transparent hoses as well as nylon sheaths for wires and cables. When blended and masticated with nitrile rubber for modification, it can be used to produce rubber products and sealing gasket materials with high strength, high wear resistance and high oil resistance.
3. Structural adhesive: After being dissolved in an alcohol solution and then added to epoxy resin, phenolic resin, etc., it can become an excellent binder for metal structural components.
4. Wire coating: For the paint used in enameled wires, alcohol-soluble nylon is dissolved in a phenol/alcohol-based solvent to form a top coating on the insulating layer of enameled wires, and fiber braided materials are used as the outer layer of wires, such as the covering layers of optical cables.
5. Printing plates and printing consumables: It imparts wear resistance to the coated material, improves recoatability, and provides excellent electrical resistance, which can enhance the clear reproducibility of printing and extend the service life.
6. Injection molding and extrusion: This product has high toughness and can be used as a toughening agent. This series of products is widely applied in the injection molding and extrusion industry, and can also be blended with other nylon products to improve their overall performance.
Storage and Transportation:
Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. It should be stored separately from oxidants and acids, and avoid mixed storage. Equipped with corresponding types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment. The storage area should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable storage materials.
